Madison, Mississippi

My name is Paul Snow and my law office is located in Madison, Mississippi. I have been licensed to practice in Mississippi and Louisiana. I have been board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I have been a member of the American Association for Justice, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association (Founding Fellow and Board of Governors), the Mississippi Association for Justice (Board of Governors and Lifetime Member), National Brain Injury Association and Mississippi Brain Injury Association. I received my B.B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi and my Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. I have been admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

My practice is concentrated in the area of accident and injury cases. I have handled a substantial amount of 18-wheeler accidents, and accidents involving severe injuries and death. I have achieved structured settlements and verdicts totaling over $60,000,000 during my years of practicing personal injury law, one case at a time. For example, I obtained a structured settlement of $16,500,000 following a truck crash resulting in brain damage to the plaintiff. After this case, the defendant changed the way it operated its trucks throughout the country. Early in my career, I sued Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Mississippi and obtained a substantial verdict against them. After this case, Blue Cross-Blue Shield changed 500,000 policies in the State of Mississippi as a result of my handling of this case.

My most recent 18-wheeler accident case resulted in a settlement of $2,450,000. I have handled cases across the country in association with other lawyers. I have spoken at numerous seminars across the country, teaching other lawyers how to handle accident and injury cases and have published numerous articles on accident and injury cases.
